We want you to love your handmade jewelry as much as we love creating it! However, if something isn’t quite right, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we accept returns only on non-custom, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and in its original condition
• In original packaging (including gift boxes or pouches)
• Returned with proof of purchase

Please Note:

• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value (excluding custom orders) within 14 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and reason for exchange.

Please Note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original item.
• Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
